  • Please Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out intake/medical paperwork

  • Types of payment accepted: Cash/Check/Venmo

  • No refunds on any pre-purchased gift certificates or services

  • This is a professional establishment. Any sexual remarks, advances or innuendo will not be tolerated and will lead to the immediate termination of our session with payment due in full.

Cancellations & Late Arrivals

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. However, in my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are in place:

Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.  This allows someone else to book at your scheduled time.  If you're unable to give 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled session. (Extreme situations will be considered upon a case by case basis).

The policy above also applies to same day cancellations and no call/no shows.

Late arrivals: I have set aside adequate time for your appointment which includes consultation, rescheduling and cleaning/preparing the room for my next client. If you arrive late, your session will end at it’s original time in order for me to stay on schedule and full payment is expected.
