As an athlete throughout high school and college, I've always been fascinated by how the human body works and functions. After completing my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Le Moyne College in 1998, I soon after had my very first massage which I never dreamt would change the course of my professional career. I just knew that I wanted to help people like the therapist that I saw helped me, so I immediately began my research on how to become an LMT.
In 2001, I graduated from the Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage in Rochester, NY and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. Since then, I've helped countless people on my massage table feel better with specialized treatments including Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, and Sports Massage therapies. I continue to take further education classes/seminars in advanced techniques so that I can give my clients the best possible care when they come to see me.
